Frequently asked questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. Free is permanently free. The four baseline assessments remain, and you can try the full ESG self-assessment and the public profile for 30 days. Afterwards your details stay saved and readable, but the profile is no longer public. With an upgrade, everything is available again immediately.
What do invited suppliers pay?
Nothing. Anyone a customer asks via ZEROvia responds for free.
Are prices available in CHF and EUR?
Yes, with the same figure. All prices are exclusive of VAT. You pay annually or monthly; monthly, a package costs one-tenth of the annual price and can be cancelled monthly with no minimum term.
What does fair use mean?
AI answers and screenings are guideline values. We will get in touch before anything runs short.
Are there discounts for start-ups?
ESG self-assessment & profile is free for up to 3 years after founding. More on the page Sustainable from the start.
I am supported by a fiduciary or consultant. What changes?
Your partner works in your account, and you pay for your package. Terms for supported clients are agreed between your partner and us.
