- Action: Enter the data from the checklist (part 1): electricity, heating, fuel, headcount.

- Result: A solid basic report that, in our experience, covers 90 % of bank requests.
Step 3: The freestyle - VSME Comprehensive (week 2 or if required)
As soon as a customer asks for Scope 3 or climate targets, upgrade your report.
- Action: Add strategy goals and supplier data.
- Advantage: Since the basic data is already there, there are No double entries. They simply build on what already exists.
Step 4: Digitize & Share (Ongoing)
Instead of sending huge PDFs by e-mail, use the platform effect.
- Action: Share the link to your ZEROvia profile.
- Advantage: In the following year, you only need to update the changes (comparative data is mandatory in VSME from year 2).
