1. commitment to accessibility
The ZEROVIA GmbH endeavors to improve its web offerings - in particular zerovia.ch and zerovia.app - in such a way that they are accessible to all people, regardless of their abilities or technical aids.
Our efforts are geared towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and the requirements of the Swiss Disability Discrimination Act (BehiG) and the EU Accessibility Directive (EAA), which will also apply to digital services from 2025.

To ensure the accessibility of our websites, we have implemented the following measures, among others:

Despite all efforts, it may happen that individual content, especially older posts or dynamic elements, not fully WCAG 2.1 compliant are.
We work continuously to identify and remove existing barriers.

This declaration was issued on November 1, 2025 and is created at least once a year or after significant changes to our websites.
Last technical inspection: October 2025 (WCAG 2.1 AA self-test).

This declaration applies to all digital offers of the ZEROVIA GmbH, especially for zerovia.ch and zerovia.app, including all subpages, tools and integrated SaaS services.
