    Zerovia GmbH complies with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the EU and the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) for all users. Our data protection practices are described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
  2. IT security measures
    We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including
  • Encryption of data transmission (SSL/TLS).

  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms.

    We regularly review our security measures through internal audits and external penetration tests to ensure the highest standards.

    For users in the EU (including DE and AT), we ensure that data processing is GDPR-compliant. Data transfers to third countries (e.g. USA) only take place in compliance with GDPR standards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). 

  2. Obligation to report data breaches
    In the event of a data breach, we will inform affected users and the competent supervisory authorities in accordance with the GDPR (Art. 33, 34) within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
