About ZEROvia

We are building ESG management for SMEs that doesn't stop at reporting.

ZEROvia was born from a simple conviction: sustainability must not be a barrier for SMEs. ESG data needs to become understandable, reusable, verifiable, and controllably shareable. Only then will recurring customer, banking, and supply chain inquiries transform into better processes, increased efficiency, and genuine competitive advantages.

Mission & Vision

We empower SMEs to manage their sustainability performance themselves.

Mission

We empower SMEs to manage their sustainability performance themselves: verifiable, efficient, and under their own control. This allows them to improve and unlock long-term competitive advantages.

Vision

An economy where no SME falls out of a supply chain or credit process due to a lack of ESG transparency, and where sustainability is experienced as a competitive advantage, not a burden.

Our values

What ZEROvia leads.

Evidence before claims

ESG often begins with self-reporting. However, reliable assessments, customer requests, banks, or audits require proof. ZEROvia helps SMEs connect their own statements with sources, documents, policies, and certificates.

Data sovereignty remains with the SME

You decide what's visible, what remains confidential, and who you grant access to. Not the algorithm. ZEROvia is designed for controlled releases, Swiss hosting, and data sovereignty.

Pragmatism over perfection

No small or medium-sized business needs an enterprise suite to get started. What they need is a functioning starting point that evolves with the company.

We are setting a good example

We practice what we expect from our customers: ZEROvia donates 1.5 % of every franc in revenue through Stripe Climate in the expansion of new CO₂ removal technologies: transparent, verified, and with every subscription.

Our approach

Pragmatism over ESG bureaucracy.

ZEROvia helps SMEs systematically manage sustainability requirements from customer relationships, bank discussions, supply chains, and audits. Our goal is not reporting for reporting's sake, but an ESG data model that gives the company control.

This means sustainability isn't treated as an isolated reporting topic, but as an operational capability: collect data, link evidence, answer inquiries, and anchor improvements within the company.

Founder's Statement

Escape the reporting trap.

«I have worked in large procurement organizations and know how corporations pass on their ESG obligations to suppliers: via questionnaires, via audits, via portals.

On the other hand, there is often a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) without a sustainability department. It reacts ad hoc, repeatedly gathers the same data, and primarily experiences sustainability as an additional expense.

The real problem with that is sustainability remains negatively perceived in the middle class, even though it can bring real efficiency gains and competitive advantages.

This is exactly what we designed ZEROvia for: consolidating ESG data once, answering recurring requests consistently, and embedding sustainability where it has an impact: in the processes.»

fuel.software

Launched in Switzerland, built for European SMEs.

ZEROvia launches in Switzerland, a demanding market for SMEs, which are often indirectly affected by European ESG requirements: through large clients, banks, insurance companies, and supply chains.

The platform is operated in a Swiss data center by Infomaniak and combines data sovereignty with connectivity to VS/VSME, CSRD/ESRS-related requirements, and European supply chain processes.

Our claim: If ESG management works pragmatically for Swiss SMEs, it should also work for SMEs in DACH and Europe.

Advisory Board
