From recommendations to completed actions.

The action plan collects what ZEROvia recommends to you and what your team suggests. You decide, assign and see what is done.

How it works

From a note to a completed action.

1

Take over

Recommendations from the baseline assessment and the dashboard go into the plan with one click. The origin stays visible.

2

Sort

In the inbox, owners and administrators decide: schedule, defer or discard.

3

Assign

Set person, date, priority and goal. Your climate target from the carbon footprint is ready as a goal.

4

Implement

Complete in sub-tasks. The status moves from planned through in progress to done.

Preview: my tasks

Everyone sees what they need to do.

Members see their actions and sub-tasks in one place and report what is done. Suggestions from the team land in the inbox, not directly in the plan.

  • My tasks with sub-tasks and due dates
  • Rights per role: owners, administrators, members
  • Overdue actions as a notice in the dashboard
  • Table with filters, plus a Kanban view

Preview: goals

Every action contributes to a goal.

Link actions to your climate target from the carbon footprint or to your own environmental goal, for example "packaging PPWR-compliant by 2027". For each goal you see what is planned, in progress and done.

  • Climate target with baseline value from the footprint, not entered by hand
  • Own environmental goals with year and owners
  • ZAIA knows your open actions

Turn the next recommendation into an action.

Start with the baseline assessment. The plan takes over the recommendations.

Why this matters for SMEs

The framework around everything ZEROvia recommends.

The baseline assessment, self-assessment and footprint show where you can start. The action plan makes sure someone does it.

From notes to work

Each recommendation becomes a task with a person, date and goal, rather than a note in a PDF.

In the team rather than with one person

Sustainability should not depend on one person. Who does what is in the plan.

Progress per goal

You see what is done and can evidence it at the next customer request.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate project tool for this?
No. The plan is part of ZEROvia and knows the origin of every action, for example the question in the baseline assessment it comes from.
Who is allowed to do what?
Owners and administrators sort the inbox and assign actions. Members see their tasks, complete sub-tasks and propose new actions.
Does my customer see the plan?
No. The action plan is internal. Your customers only see what you release for them.
Which plan includes action management?
From Climate & Compliance Basis. Top actions in the dashboard are available from ESG self-assessment & profile.
